Secure card payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards; VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and AMEX. You can also pay via PayPal. Our payment providers are Sagepay and Paypal meaning our payment pages are regularly audited by an independent auditor to make sure they comply with the latest security standards. Sagepay and paypal perform validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Please contact your card issuer in this instance.
Is there a padlock?
Our websites, Littleskiers.co.uk, littlesurfers.co.uk and crafts4kids.co.uk have site wide security meaning our websites are secured using 128bit SSL technology on every page, not just the payment pages. A padlock image shows that your details are being collected securely using 128 bit SSL technology. SSL secures millions of peoples’ data on the Internet every day, especially during online transactions or when transmitting confidential information such as account log in details. Internet users have come to associate their online security with the lock icon that comes with an SSL-secured website or green address bar that comes with an extended validation SSL-secured website. SSL-secured websites also begin with https rather than http. Clicking on the padlock will show you our SSL certificate. Depending on what Internet web browser you're using, the padlock can be located in 3 different areas.
Why do I have to include my telephone number and email address?
We ask for a phone number so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order, be it stock issues or a problem with your delivery address.
We use your email address to email order confirmations, despatch notifications and couriers use it to notify you of the planned delivery time if you have ordered Express Delivery.
We only email customers newsletters if you have signed up for this on our website.
We never make postal addresses, email addresses or telephone numbers available to other companies ever.
What do you do with my personal data?
All the information we collect via our website is used only for processing orders and accounts for the supply of our goods and services. We will never pass on your email address or postal address on to a third party for marketing purposes.
