Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

2. Handling Time

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+00:00) are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

3. Transit Time

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time within the United Kingdom is as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days from the shipment date.

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days from the shipment date.

Transit time refers only to the time required for the shipment to reach the customer after dispatch. It does not include order processing time.

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both handling time and transit time. The applicable delivery estimates are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days from the order date, including handling and transit.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days from the order date, including handling and transit.

These delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders £0.01 - £74.99 = £4.90
  • Standard Delivery: Orders £75.00 and up = Free
  • Express Delivery: £4.90

6. Shipping Carriers:

Your order will be shipped safely and efficiently through our trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS.

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
